Austco Healthcare Limited (ASX: AHC) (“Austco” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in RTM Hold Co Pty Ltd, the holding company of Real Time Monitoring Solutions Pty Ltd and Real Time Monitoring Cloud Pty Ltd (together, “RTM”), a Brisbane-based provider of real-time monitoring, reporting and systems-integration software for healthcare and aged care facilities.
