Over Clayton’s 12 years at Austco, he has held various roles including President of Austco Healthcare’s operating subsidiary Austco Marketing & Services (USA) Ltd. Clayton has helped build Austco’s reputation as a leader in the nurse call and clinical software solutions market and has been instrumental in the establishment of a Software Development Centre and manufacturing facility in Dallas, which is responsible for developing the Company’s next generation products.

Clayton has over 17 years leadership experience in the healthcare technology industry and holds a diploma in Electronics Engineering.

Graeme Billings has been a Chartered Accountant since 1980 and retired from PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 2011 after 34 years. He is a former head of the Melbourne assurance practice as well as heading the firm’s Australian and global industrial products business. He has had extensive experience providing assurance, transaction and consulting services to multinational and national clients across a variety of industries. Graeme is Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Korvest Limited, Non-Executive Director of Clover Corporation Limited and Non-Executive Director of GUD Holdings Limited. Graeme also serves as the Chairman of the audit and compliance committee of both of GUD Holdings Limited and Clover Corporation Limited.

Brett Burns is a founding Partner of law firm CBW Partners having worked in a variety of roles within ASX Top 50 companies, government, national and international law firms. During Brett’s 20 year career he has served in such capacities as Company Secretary and General Counsel for the ASX listed Transurban Group (ASX:TCL), in private practice with international law firm Baker & McKenzie and in regulatory roles with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Brett specialises in mergers, acquisitions, capital markets and governance for ASX Listed companies. Brett also serves as a non-executive director of a privately held consumer finance company with approximately $70 million loan book under management as well as a director of other privately held vehicles.

Anthony Glenning is a seasoned Chief Executive and Non-Executive Director with an impressive career spanning 25 years in the software development industry, 14 of those years living and working in Silicon Valley.  In 1999, he founded Tonic Systems, a web application development company which he built up over 8 years and sold to Google in 2007 as part of the Google doc suite of products.  He transferred to Google post-acquisition where he worked as Senior Software Engineer for two years.  Most recently, Mr Glenning was an Investment Director for Starfish Ventures, based in Melbourne, a venture capital firm that specialises in Australian high-growth technology businesses, and during that time held directorships at Aktana, Atmail, DesignCrowd, MetaCDN and Nitro Software.  He concluded his role at Starfish on 30 June this year to focus further on directorships and other entrepreneurial activities.

Mr Glenning is also a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Pro Medicus (PME).  He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) and a Bachelor of Computer Science from The University of Melbourne, and a Master of Science from Stanford University in California.

Brendan is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with a demonstrated track record of success across a wide range of roles over his 30 year career and has extensive experience in capital raisings, acquisitions and divestments, and new market entry in both listed and non-listed environments.

Most recently, Brendan was CFO and Company Secretary for software development company, Freestyle Technology.  His role involved raising capital, helping the business enter new markets and introducing the systems, processes and governance necessary for a listed entity.

Prior to his role at Freestyle, Brendan was CFO and Company Secretary for six years at ASX-listed software development company Adslot Limited.  He has also worked with Skilled Group, the Transport Accident Commission, National Westminster Bank PLC in Germany, and global accounting firm, Andersen.
