Austco Healthcare Limited (ASX: AHC) (“Austco” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Austco Communication Systems Pty Ltd, has entered into a binding share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in CareTech Systems Pty Ltd (“CareTech”), a Brisbane-based designer of nurse call products and systems for aged care and smaller hospital customers.
