Another record year, delivered while integrating three businesses
The 2026 financial year was another record for Austco Healthcare. Revenue was $94.2 million, up 15.8% on $81.4 million in FY25. EBITDA grew 14.0% to $14.9 million, from $13.0 million in FY25. Gross margin improved to 53.4%, from 52.0%, and our EBITDA margin of 15.8% was broadly in line with last year’s 16.0%, while we carried the full-year cost of three acquired businesses and kept investing in our people. Net profit after tax was $9.0 million, up 51.8% on FY25.
