Austco Healthcare Limited (ACN 108 208 760) (ASX: AHC) (Austco or the Company) is pleased to announce that the pro rata, non-renounceable entitlement offer to eligible shareholders (Entitlement Offer) announced on 24 April 2024 closed on 17 May 2024.
Under the Entitlement Offer, eligible shareholders were invited to subscribe for one (1) new share for every twenty-two (22) shares at an issue price of $0.185 per new share to raise approximately $2.82 million (before costs of the Entitlement Offer).
