Austco Healthcare Limited (ASX: AHC) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the earn-out period relating to our first acquisition, being the acquisition of Teknocorp. In line with the acquisition agreement, the final earn-out payment of $799,092 has now been made, marking the full settlement of all contingent consideration.
